Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte Ltd is certified under the Building and Construction Authority's registry of contractors for pipe laying and road reinstatement work with a financial grade of L6 (unlimited) tendering capacity.

Over the past decade, we have been actively involved in the laying and replacement of pipe works. We have extensive experience along with a large and varied portfolio ranging from the installations of water service connections, upgrading and diversion of existing water mains, replacement of old pipelines, maintenance and servicing in water distribution network, through to the laying of gas mains and services.
