MILLING AND PATCHING

In 1994, Multiform Developments & Construction Pte Ltd was established to venture into the milling and patching business. Our skilled and experienced milling and patching teams have an enviable track record and have since established a reputable foothold in the industry. We take reference to Land Transport Authority's code of practice for road openings for all milling and patching jobs. Following the necessary arrangements made with the relevant authorities, all our milling and patching jobs abide by a set of stringent rules and regulations to ensure the smooth delivery of quality work. The milling and patching projects that Multiform Developments & Construction Pte Ltd have undertaken include Housing & Development Board car parks, Jurong Town Corporation factories, Starhub Cable Vision cable projects and privately owned properties.

To keep abreast with the latest technology, we are constantly looking into the replacement of our milling and patching machines and equipment. One of our newly incorporated milling machines is capable of milling the smallest possible width of 600mm.

Since established, our milling and patching teams have been providing remarkable support in the reinstatement and resurfacing of asphalts to the excavated routes for pipelines installation. This has eliminated the reliance on external contractors and greatly enhanced our efficiency.
