In 1999, Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte Ltd and its subsidiary company; Multiform Developments and Construction Pte Ltd were awarded the BCA ISO 9002:1994 by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority. In line with the changing ISO standards, we have successfully upgraded and accredited to the latest BCA ISO 9001:2000 standards. We stay committed to constantly upgrade and improve to deploy the best industry practice to ascertain the accreditation.

Following the experience we have acquired and our achievement in high standard of performance, Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte Ltd was upgraded and certified under the Building and Construction Authority as a financial grade L6 contractor for pipe laying and road reinstatement projects in year 2002. This opens the door of opportunity and enables us to tender for contracts of unlimited value.

Based on top Small and Medium Enterprise 500 DP information, Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte Ltd was ranked 124th for year 2004/2005.
