In December 2004, Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte Ltd acquired a long and well-established cable installation company; Teacly (S) Pte Ltd. Along with the acquisition, we are glad to announce the successful procurement of the "Tender For Cable Installation, Cable Jointing and Road Reinstatement For Distribution Projects East 1".

With Teacly (S) Pte Ltd's many years of experience in the cable installation industry and Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte Ltd's core competency in pipeline installation and road reinstatement expertise, it is envisaged that our Group's operational synergy will be further enhanced.
